Commissions Are Closed
Rules:
1. I have the rights to refuse a commission to anyone for any reason.2. Payment is to be made in either half or full in the start of a commission and full at the end.3. ETA will depend on each piece but I will give it to you upon the Commission starting.4. A given 5 revisions are okay in the first bit, after that you have to pay an extra amount for the next revisions on my discretion.5. I can terminate the commissions at any point if need be, refunds will be given of course.6. If I do not start the Commission yet and you want to cancel full refunds will be given, after that it will be at my discretion how much I should refund you for how much I do.6. All my commissions are based in USD.
